Between 1998 and 2008, any celebrity to visit MTV’s TRL (Which will be returning July 2nd for an Ariana Grande Special!) had to enter the photo-booth.

These photos are stored in MTV’s headquarters in Times Square, but are now available online.

“According to Greek mythology, humans were originally created with four arms, four legs, and a head with two faces. Fearing their power, Zeus split them into two separate beings condemning them to spend their lives in search for their other halves.”

~Plato’s The Symposium.

How many times will I reblog this? “Always.”

We did it at school. The myth also says that the pairings could be male/female, male/male or female/female (just sayin’)

sometimes you don’t need to find someone else

If you take a young man and woman and they both tell a stranger that they work in the same restaurant, it’s very likely that they will assume that the woman is the waitress, and the young man a cook.

But I thought a woman’s place was in the kitchen? Not when she’s being paid for it. I can’t believe it took me this long to realize the implication of this. A woman’s place is one of servitude.

this fucking hit me like a fucking train

Everyone should watch Sky High for the sheer fact that there is a character whose mother is a superhero and father is a super villain and the kid’s name is Warren Peace.

Warren Peace, man.

He also looks like this, if that helps at all

This movie is ridiculously underrated and the fact that they didn’t get to make it a four-part series like they had planned is a tragedy

'FORBIDDEN FRUIT'

This is the first shoot of the photo series.  I’m still in the process of deciding on other fruit options and trying to figure out how to open that coconut.
